Chelsea provided exceptional occupational therapy services for my aunt, Ruth, when she returned to her private residence after several weeks in a nursing home that had allowed her to deteriorate. With the help of Chelsea and the physical therapists that she worked with, the recovery of muscle strength was dramatic. A bonus was that Ruth was always happy to see Chelsea. Chelsea also worked with Ruth’s caregivers to be sure they were using proper techniques for transfers to her wheelchair, for use of her walker, and for guiding Ruth through daily range-of-motion and strengthening exercise. At each step of Ruth’s rehab, Chelsea kept me involved and would reach out to me so that I could see the progress. Chelsea’s sincere concern for Ruth as a valued person was always apparent. Her positive and supportive manner encouraged Ruth every step of the way back to an unexpected level of self-care and ability to enjoy basic life activities again. Hi, I’m Chelsea Gallen, a certified occupational therapist with over 11 years of experience helping seniors regain their strength, confidence, and independence. My passion for fall prevention is deeply personal—both my father and grandmother suffered serious injuries due to falls, which inspired me to dedicate my career to making sure others don’t face the same challenges.



Now, I’m on a mission to empower seniors everywhere to live fearlessly, stay active, and maintain their independence for as long as possible.
